Non-Defective Products
You can return non-defective products within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unused condition and packaging.
2. Return Process

Return Authorization: Our team will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide you with return instructions.
Step 2: Prepare Your Return
Packaging: Ensure the product is securely packaged in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
RA Number: Mark the RA number on the outside of the return package.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Shipping Method: Use a trackable shipping method to return the product to the address provided by our Customer Service team.
Shipping Costs: Global Shipping Containers will cover the return shipping costs for defective products. For non-defective products, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Inspection and Refund
Inspection
Upon receipt of the returned product, our team will inspect it to verify the condition and reason for return.
Refund
Defective Products: If the return is approved, we will process a full refund, including original shipping costs, to your original payment method within [5-10] business days.
Non-Defective Products: If the return is approved, we will process a refund of the product price to your original payment method within [5-10] business days. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
4. Exchanges
If you prefer to exchange a defective product rather than receive a refund, please indicate this when you initiate the return. We will process the exchange promptly upon receiving and inspecting the returned product. For non-defective product exchanges, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
5. Conditions and Exclusions
Final Sale Items: Some items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return. This will be indicated on the product page.
Damaged Returns: Products returned damaged due to improper packaging or handling by the customer will not be eligible for a full refund.
Unauthorized Returns: Returns must have a valid RA number or returns sent to the wrong address to be processed.
