  • Domestic Deliveries: Delivery within the U.S. typically takes 7-14 business days from the date of order confirmation.
  • International Deliveries: For global shipments, delivery time may vary depending on the destination and can take 3-6 weeks. Specific estimates will be provided during the order process.
  • Customized Containers: For orders that require modifications or customization, additional time may be needed. Delivery estimates will be communicated based on the specific requirements.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination, container size, and quantity ordered. These costs will be provided at checkout and may include additional charges for remote delivery locations or special handling requirements.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes associated with international shipments.

4. Delivery Process

  • Containers are delivered using flatbed trucks, tilt-bed trailers, or crane trucks, depending on the location and site accessibility.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure adequate space and accessibility at the delivery site. The ground should be level and stable to accommodate unloading.
  • Delivery appointments will be scheduled in advance, and the customer must be available to accept delivery or assign a representative.

  • Any damage not reported at the time of delivery may not be covered by our return policy.
